Discovery Day in the Workplace

It allows refugees to discover new horizons, to meet professionals and life perspectives without preconceived ideas or preconceptions.

It provides an opportunity for employers to meet and discuss with a newcomer for a day.

ORGANIZATION

The idea is to draw on the experience developed for the "Future of all kinds" day and to adapt the concept to people subject to asylum.

  • proposing to employer-employees to take a refugee for one day on their workspace
  • offer refugees the opportunity to register for one of the one-day "internship" possibilities

Each actor will be "accompanied" so that this experience goes as smoothly as possible. Relevant and existing actors / initiatives are mobilized to draw on the skills and network.

Discovery day in the middle professional

It allows refugees to discover new horizons, to meet pro fessionals and perspectives of life without preconceptions or preconceived ideas.

It provides an opportunity for employers to meet and discuss, for a day, with a new coming up.

  • offer to refugees to apply for one of the one-day "internship" opportunities
